My training moved through web marketing and UX into product management. It gave me a useful bias toward the full product system rather than a single specialised function.
From product manager to direct builder
AI coding tools changed what I can build directly. I now work across research, product, design, code, launch, distribution and iteration — using specialists and agents where they create leverage.
Building is faster. Distribution matters more.
The ability to ship software is becoming less scarce. Finding a sharp problem, earning trust and creating durable distribution are increasingly part of the product itself.
